Multiboxing means playing more than one Metin2 character at the same time on one or more computers. It is an old technique with real benefits and real limits, and it is worth understanding properly before you build a setup around it.
What multiboxing is
You open two or more game clients, log a different account into each, and play them side by side. The classic pairing is a damage dealer with a support character that buffs it, but players also run a second character as a storage or shop mule, or keep several farmers going in different places.
What you gain
- Buffs on demand. A second character that casts blessings or attack buffs on your main raises kill speed without needing another player.
- Party bonuses. Grouped characters share experience and can benefit from party effects, depending on the server.
- More hands. Two characters farming two spots produce roughly twice the drops, as long as you can keep both alive.
- Logistics. A mule that holds potions and takes loot off a full inventory saves trips to town.
What it costs
- Attention. Every extra window is another character that can die, get stuck or be whispered while you look elsewhere.
- Hardware. Each client needs its own share of memory, processor time and graphics. Lower the graphics settings and frame rate on background clients before adding more.
- Accounts and gear. Every character needs equipment good enough to be useful, which is an investment in itself.
Check the rules first
Servers differ sharply here. Some allow any number of clients, some cap the clients per computer or per connection, and some forbid multi-clienting outright or block it in the launcher. Read your server's rules before investing in extra accounts; a limit you did not know about can cost you all of them at once.
BluRay and multiboxing
To be clear: BluRay Farm Bot does not include a multi-client manager. Nothing in its four screens, Main, Skills, Settings and Route, is described as controlling several clients from one panel, and the official site does not list multi-client support for any of its server builds. If a multi-account control panel is what you are after, BluRay is not that product, and we will not pretend it is.
What we can say: BluRay's documented features are about one character, such as level and farm modes, pickup, potions, skills and routes. Whether it can be run alongside more than one client at a time is not something the official material covers, so ask in the developer's community rather than assuming.
Tips for a stable manual setup
- Start with two clients and add a third only when two feel effortless.
- Give each window a fixed place on screen so you always know which character you are looking at.
- Keep the support character somewhere it cannot be attacked, and re-buff on a timer you can remember.
- Put characters in different spots if they are both farming, so they do not share the same spawns.
- Carry generous potion stacks; an unattended death stalls a whole window.
Bottom line
