We are not going to hand you a ranked top ten with star ratings. Lists like that are mostly invented, and the right bot depends almost entirely on which server you play. Here are the criteria that matter, followed by an honest look at how BluRay does against them.
Why there is no universal "best"
Metin2 is not one game any more. There is the official client and there are countless private servers, each with its own client version, protection and custom systems. A bot is written against a specific client, so a tool that works well on one server may not start on another. The first question is never "which bot is best" but "which bots work on my server at all".
Six criteria for judging any Metin2 bot
1. Does it have a build for your server?
Look for an explicit, named entry for your server and a status that says it currently works. "Should work on most servers" is not an answer.
2. Does it do the specific thing you need?
Levelling, farming a spot, walking a route, hunting stones and picking up loot are different features. List what you actually want before reading anyone's feature page, then check each item.
3. What does it cost, and how?
Free, one-off payment and subscription all exist. Price says little about quality on its own; our free vs paid comparison goes through the trade-offs.
4. Is there an identifiable source?
A named developer, an official site and a public community thread are the minimum. An anonymous archive with no home is a risk regardless of what it claims to do.
5. Is it being looked after?
Servers patch and bots break. Check for a visible version number, a status per server and somewhere to ask questions. Do not rely on promises about update speed; look at what is actually published.
6. Is it honest about risk?
Every bot can get an account banned. A tool or seller that claims otherwise is telling you something about how much to trust the rest of the page. More in our safety guide.

Our view: if you play one of the five listed servers and want a free tool for levelling and farming, BluRay is a reasonable thing to look at. If your server is not on the list, no amount of features makes it the best bot for you.
How to start
- Find your server on our server page and confirm the status on the official BluRay site.
- Read the installation guide there. Setup may require the Visual C++ Redistributable, .NET Framework 4.8 and the DirectX end-user runtime.
- Extract the archive to its own folder and follow the instructions inside the package.
- Try it on a character you can afford to lose before anything else.
